Kay Rackz, (Kaylen Toles), originally from Washington D.C. , started his entertainment career at the age of four after watching his father, Lee Hardey, pursue a career in Rap/Hip-Hop music and entertainment.

Kay Rackkz creates music for all ages ears and it’s suitable for his friends to rock to. Kay Rackz released two projects during his career—one that is a solo project, “Rackz City” and the other collaboration with his father in “Like Father Like Son”.

From local mall performances in the historic Mondawmin Mall to kiddie disco events in Baltimore’s own 5 Seasons event hall and block parties in the nations’ capital, Kay Rackz has performed for crowds of his peers in many settings.  One of his more recent accomplishments was completing his 20-day tour with Baltimore City’s Summer Block party concert series sponsored by Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in Summer 2015.


If Kay Rackz isn’t’ studying for school, he is out with his dad pushing mixtapes sales in the local malls. Even as a young kid, his work ethic speaks volumes. At the tender age of 8, Kay Rackz is a bold little artist who knows what he wants and has the vibrant personality and raw talent needed to get there. He is sure to enjoy a long prosperous career in music, entertainment and the performing arts.
